Already Enrolled in Zelis Payments Network?

Great news! If you are already enrolled in the Zelis Payments Network, no action is required. Centene Dental Services will be automatically added to your account, and you will begin receiving payments from us through Zelis as usual.

New to Zelis? There are three options to receive electronic payments:

  • Zelis Payments Network (ACH+)
  • Centene ePayment center
  • Virtual Credit Card

Zelis Payments Network (ACH+)

What is the Zelis Payments Network?

The Zelis Payments Network gives you access to a single secure platform to manage electronic claim payments and data from a network of 550+ payers.

 

Zelis ACH+ allows you to:

  • Choose to receive a faster, premium payment experience.
  • View payments history by claim and export remittance data in various formats (835, CSV, XLS, or PDF).
  • Deliver ERA/835s to your clearinghouse or via SFTP reducing the need for manual entry.
  • See key revenue and claims insights visualized in intuitive dashboards.
  • Benefit from a single point of contact for support on payment delivery and remittance questions across all 550+ payers in the Zelis Network.

ePayment Center

What is the ePayment Center?

ePayment Center offers a no-cost enrollment for EFT/ERA transactions, access to remittance data, and payment history. Separate registration is required for each payer.

 

ePayment Center offers:

  • Payments from Centene Dental via ACH direct to your bank account.
  • A secure portal to access and export Centene Dental remittance data, including 835 format.

To enroll:

After registration:

  • Sign in and select remittance options.
  • Select remittance data delivery options.

Your bank account will undergo a pre-note verification prior to beginning EFT/ACH Transactions. This may take up to six business days to complete.
