Thank you for being part of our network of dentists and oral healthcare professionals. For the most up-to-date, detailed information, we encourage you to join our provider network and register for our Provider Web Portal, where you can check member eligibility, dental benefits, online code tool and clinical policies, in addition to submitting authorizations and claims.
You can also verify member eligibility through our automated IVR system, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Or speak with one of our knowledgeable team members by calling our Provider Services line Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time.
Ambetter from Peach State Health (Marketplace)
Ambetter Health: Health Insurance Marketplace plans for individuals and families who may not qualify for Medicaid or other government coverage.
Ambetter Health Solutions: Health Insurance Marketplace plans for those who receive a defined contribution from their employer to purchase individual health insurance, such as through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs).

Georgia Pathways from Peach State Health Plan (Medicaid)
The Georgia Pathways program provides a pathway to Medicaid coverage for working, low-income Georgians who are not otherwise eligible for Medicaid.
