Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Enrollment
ATTENTION: All electronic claims payments from Centene Dental will be made through a new platform beginning November 14. The deadline to enroll has been adjusted to allow more time for providers to register. Avoid payment delays by visiting centenedental.com/getpaid.
Centene Dental Services is in the process of moving electronic claims payments to Zelis. EFT payments will no longer be distributed by Centene Dental beginning November 14, 2025.
We strongly encourage you to sign up now. Electronic submission and delivery is the preferred method for timely claims payment.
Zelis offers free and low-cost EFT options:
- ACH+ payments
- Centene ePayment center
- Virtual Credit Card
